Wires the recovery ETA, acute load, chronic load, and readiness values (already computed by analytics.py since Week 2) into individual session records, not just the final aggregate summary. Previously, SessionAnalytics.add()'s return value was discarded by add_record, so only the session level summary reflected this data. Every exported record now carries its own recovery ETA and load state, closing the recovery ETA integration item scoped for Week 3 in the design document.
